His experience spans disciplines in sales, business development and operations. Jason has established a proven track record of anticipating and responding to business opportunities and challenges while helping both new and existing customers achieve transformative growth. Following his start in the U.S. Air Force, Jason has held leadership positions at top OEMs and MROs.

Eric recently joined Peloton Aerospace as chief financial officer. Eric has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry with deep focus on finance, accounting, and post-merger integration functions. Recently, Eric managed the finance and accounting capability for the Americas region of the world’s largest aviation ground services company.

Randy leads all business development and operations for Greer Aero after having built multiple successful distribution companies.

Randy Haran is president and founder of Normandy Capital Group (NCG), an investment company. Prior to this, he was the president and CEO of Texas Air Composites (TAC), one of the nation’s leading FAA authorized repair centers for composite structures.

Sam brings high-level industry experience and a talent for providing sound guidance and solutions to his seat on the Peloton Aerospace advisory board. From the start of his career in supply chain logistics in the U.S. Navy to his current leadership role with GoJet Airlines, he has developed deep expertise in helping organizations navigate maintenance and strategic sourcing to streamline operations and achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
